mailchimp/ wp issues

  I seem to have filled out all of the settings right, but my new subscriber form doesn’t seem to be sending new subscribers to my MailChimp account or sends them the e mail. This has only just started happening and i probably have changed the settings somewhere along the way but am unsure.

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
