  As mentioned on our support contact form, we have an average wait time of 3 days right now before we can get to your request. It’s just something that happens when you provide free support to over 28 million users.

  With that said, you can sometimes get help much quicker when you chose the public request option, like you did.

  What sort of trouble were you having with the importer? It looks like it just got stuck on our end, so I reset it and you should be able to try again.
