  I suggest you create a page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ place a contact form on it http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ and then place the link to it in a text widget. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/

  probably a similar question … I want to add a recent comments widget. I can’t find a way to upload the widget to my blog.
  My blog is zenfxtrader.wordpress.com.
