Mailing list advisor in wp.com host blog

  I know, as specified in “http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/” that plugins are not allowed in wp.com host, I need an alternative for a mailing list advisor for new pages or posts.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot intsall plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  If you think you need plugins then you will have to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  Set it up in a separate page, like a Google Doc or something, and link to it.
