MailPoet 3 support for business plans

  Hi there!

  Jack from the MailPoet team here, we had a customer who was trying to use MailPoet 3 on a WordPress.com business plan.

  They got in touch with yourselves and have been told that MailPoet 3 is no longer supported on WordPress.com, can you confirm if that’s the case?

  Hi Jack,

  MailPoet is still listed on our documentation for email plugin alternatives so as far as I’m aware, it is not known to be incompatible with WordPress.com.

  Do you happen to know which site the plugin was being used for? While I won’t be able to give you any information about the account or support history, I can check to see whether the issue was related to MailPoet conflicting with another plugin or something else.
