Mailto Link Not Working Anywhere on Site

    I’ve taken over management of a website that I didn’t build, and have found that in every case email links do not work. At best, if they are set to target=blank, they will open a new tab, but they never start an email for me. I’ve tried in mutiple browsers, but I click the link and get no result/nothing happens. Has anyone seen this before? It sounds like there must be something suppressing this at the theme level, but I can’t imagine the designers built it to not-work, and can find no plugins that would suppress it such as pop up blockers. Any ideas?

    There are two different versions of WordPress.

    These forums only provide support for the WordPress.com version; your site appears to use the self-hosted version from WordPress.org.
