Main admin will not remove my content, information, and pictures.

I’ve had a professional discontinuation of a relationship with the main admin a blogsite.
I was a contributor to the site and was made an admin by the head admin. I don’t agree with his business practices so I’ve cut ties with him. I’ve removed my content that I can but he still has a picture of my son and me and biography section on myself under the ‘authors’ portion of the site. I’ve asked him twice now to politely remove my information and the photo of my child and me. He’s seen and reviewed my messages but has ignored me. I’m preparing to file a Cease and Desist DMCA against him and will include WordPress in it. Can you please help me remove my information from the website? I do not want to be associated with him or his practices.

what is the URL of the site you are talking about? Mind this forums are only for sites made on the wordpress.com platform. WordPress.com can’t help you with sites using the standalone version of wordpress.org.

I’m listed under the authors portion since I was a contributing artist that the main admin allowed to post on the site.
I just want my picture of me and my son, my bio, and my works off the damn site and the main admin refuses to even acknowledge my request. I’ve asked him twice now and he’s refused. He’s read the messages but doesn’t do anything.
If he’d just do what I’ve asked, I’d be happy and go about my day. He’s had people after him about incomplete work/failed to follow through and now they could be contacting me over it.
Any insight would be appreciated.
