Main differences between Dyad and Dyad 2

    Clearly I missed the explanation on the differences. All I can determine is that Dyad 2 removes the shadow from the featured photo header. Anything else?

    I use Dyad theme for my blog.

    Hi there,

    Dyad 2 adds these two features in the Customize > Content Options area:

    • optionally show the author bio at the bottom of each post
    • optionally use the first image in a post as the featured image

    Other new items are dropdown arrows for menu items with sub-menus, and SVG icons (they load faster and look better at larger sizes) for the Social Links Menu.

    It also adds a new call to action button class, which is detailed in the theme guide.
