Main Domain

    I don´t want to continue paying my premium subscription in WordPress but I want to still having my domain liwist.com in other web service. What can I do? Please give me an answer as soon as possible. Cheeers!

    Hi there,

    That domain expired in April already. I see you contacted us at that time and we gave you instructions how to transfer the domain to another registrar. However, it looks like you never did that, which means the domain has now expired and is no longer on our system.

    I can try to retrieve it from our registrar, but if the domain has already entered the redemption phase it costs $80 to restore it in addition to the $26 to renew it. If we’re unable to retrieve the domain that amount is refunded in full.

    Please let me know if you would like me to try and get back the domain and I can get that process started.
