Main drop down menus not showing on mobile version

When accessing my site through desktop version the main drop down menus such as About, Contact show up on the left hand side. On the mobile version, however, they are not visible. How can I make them appear on front page on mobile?

On small screens, the menu becomes toggled under a “hamburger” icon at the top left. Here’s what that look like:
