Main email adress change

    Hi,
    I madde a mistake and created my account with the wrong credentials ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) so i created a new one under (email visible only to moderators and staff), now i deleted (email visible only to moderators and staff) account and need to change my primaru Email but it keeps saying that (email visible only to moderators and staff) is already taken, can you give me a hand here? thanks!

    Hi there,

    The email address is only deleted from a closed account after 30 days. Until it’s deleted completely, our system will still view it as taken.

    When you deleted the other account you should have received an email from us confirming this. Please reply to that email to request that the email address is deleted from the account immediately.

    We can only do this if the request comes from that exact email address, so I cannot make that change based on your request from this account that’s connected to a different email.
