main header photo

  I would like to change the photo in the main header for the blog. I chose one of the standard photos, the sunflower, when I was setting up, but I would like to put in one of my own photos if possible. How can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  @janesdugdale If you want to add your own header photo to your theme, TwentyFourteen, https://wordpress.com/themes/twentyfourteen/ you can upload and crop an image directly in the Customizer.
