Main Image- making smaller

  i’m interested in taking the main image on my front page and making it a bit “shorter,” if that makes sense. Cropping it doesn’t give me the same effect, as I’d just like the image to take up less space? Can someone help me with this??

  Hi, you can add the following and then play with the max-height and the top margin values and see what you can come up with.

  .home .entry-thumbnail {
      max-height: 300px;
      overflow: hidden;
  }
  .home .entry-thumbnail img {
      margin-top: -100px;
  }
