Main image on homepage is unable to be uploaded

  Hi,

  We have spent the last day or say trying to upload a new image for the main page of our website and it will not upload. It is only 135k. We have deleted it and re-uploaded it a few times and it never appears. Any ideas what we may be doing wrong? Thanks

  The header image is uploaded here > Appearance > Header
  The image you uploaded is in a post and it’s a portrait shape rather than the shape required for a custom image header.
