Main menu not displaying all categorized posts

    Hello,
    I’ve recently set up a wordpress site for an organization I volunteer for, I’ve written a few posts and assigned all of them their relevant categories (which match the main menu options across the top of the page). I assumed if you click on a main menu option- eg ‘news and announcements’ it would then display all the posts written with the ‘news and announcements’ category and tag assigned. At the moment it only displays the most recent post with that category and tag assigned. If you select a category from the categories menu on the left of the page it does then display all relevant posts. I would really like to change this so the top menu works in the same way, is this possible? The site: https://arlismatters.wordpress.com/
