Main menu not showing

  For some reason the site menu that used to slide out had disappeared and does not show up. I can fool with the CSS and get it to show all the time but looks awful. I need some help to edit things so it will work again. I am not the one that did my site it was done for me and now I can not get in touch with the one that did it. Please I could use some help.
