  What do you mean by format? Would you like to change the theme of your site? If this is what you want, please check the themes available here: http://wordpress.com/themes
  To change them, click My Sites > Themes. Select your preferred theme, then “Try & Customize” and if you like the theme, confirm it by clicking “Save & Activate”
