Maintain Google Ranking when Migrating to wordpress.com

  I own a site hosted by 1and1.com
  I want to bring this site over to wordpress.com (from 1and1.com)
  If I do so, will I maintain our current URLs to the new site and our Google rankings?
  Maintaining google rankings/SEO is a priority.

  Since it’s already using the domain name, it should preserve everything unless you’ve got some bizarre link structure that’s not compatible with WP.com. If the link structure is the same, nothing should change.
