  I would like to check if you guys have a package for maintenance on my website?
  I need help as well in order to do changes on the website…like text….photos…etc

  Hi there,

  We do provide a service on WordPress.com where we do the initial build of your site for you, but we don’t provide ongoing maintenance for sites hosted on our servers (that is, we don’t make changes to the content for you, but rather help you to make the changes you need yourself. Maintenance in the sense of software updates, backups and security is included by default for sites hosted on WordPress.com). WordPress.com is designed as a do-it-yourself platform where we provide you with all the tools you need to easily create and maintain your own site without having to know any coding.

  That said, your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com. Your site, while connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, is hosted by GoDaddy.com, and using the open source version of WordPress made by the community on WordPress.org.

  For advice on using that software, you can ask the WordPress.org community in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Depending on your hosting plan, GoDaddy support might also be able to help with some of what you want to do, so you can try contacting them as well.
