  I updates plugins and now it says unavailable how long are the sites down for i can’t even access my admin page now i’m worried.

  Can you tell me the URL of the site you’re working on?

  You’ve posted in the forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. Using plugins with us requires our Pro plan, and you only have a site on our free plan.

  If you’re perhaps using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider, you can ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for that version of WordPress:
