  Can I change pictures, color, Theme color and design Excel tables in this theme?

  You’ll need to contact the theme author directly as we aren’t able to support their theme.

  In any case, in order to use that theme on WordPress.com the business plan is required. Those details are at https://wordpress.com/pricing/
