    Thank you!
I appreciate the great support mostly :)

A question, how can i launch the JetPack? When I had the business plan, I used to launch it from the vertical menu on the left of the screen.

    Thanks,

You don’t need Jetpack on a WordPress.com site, as Jetpack is already part of it. Jetpack adds WordPress.com features to self-hosted sites, so if you already have a WordPress.com site you already have all those features. The Business Plan just gives you more granular control over how those features work.

Also please, there is a problem with my blogs post page.

Can you provide a bit more detail, please? What exactly is wrong?

At the moment you have a static front page set up on your site, and you don’t have a posts page set at all. These have to be set in the Customizer. You can find detailed instructions on how these pages work here:

Set a Static “Home” Page (Front Page)

Hi, it’s happening again with a certified wordpress plugin. Can access my customizer again. Can you help? site: http://www.lesmusicales.org.

    It’s urgent please!

    thank you!

  • @scorbani

There’s no such thing as a “certified wordpress plugin”. WordPress is open source software, and plugins are developed by independent developers and members of the WordPress community. There’s no one who certifies plugins. At best a plugin can be allowed into the WordPress.org repository, but all that means is that 1) the developer actually submitted the plugin (not all developers do) and 2) the community reviewed the plugin and it’s not complete rubbish according to them. But there is no guarantee that it will work, that it will be free of bugs or vulnerabilities, or that it won’t cause conflicts with any other plugins on your site.

What plugin did you install that’s now preventing the Customizer from loading? We can help you remove that plugin again, but if it’s incompatible with WordPress.com’s systems we can’t change the plugin so it will work here.

Can you please start a live chat at https://wordpress.com/help/contact so we can help you with this?

I also see you already have an open email ticket with us where the most recent reply was a few hours ago, so I’m closing this thread to avoid further duplication. Please follow up on the open email ticket if you need any more help with this.
