MAJOR ISSUE!!! All emails coming in blank

    This is a major issue since this is for my business and we are shut down until this gets fixed.

    Everything has been fine, but today I received two emails that came in completely blank.

    I went to our site and did a test email/order and it also came in completely blank with no information.

    What is happening and how can we remedy this ASAP please?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    More information. Contact emails on my “contact” tab are working, but on the “Pickguard Order” tab when submitting an order, it comes in completely blank now.

    More information: No IP address is coming in associated with the emails anymore, no email address, and no info. Completely blank email forms are coming in from this page since Aug 22nd. https://spitfiretortoiseshellpickguards.wordpress.com/order/

    Last successful email/order was on Aug. 19th.

    Someone please help. We are at a standstill at this point and customers are being held up.

    Blank emails usually mean a form/order email template issue or a conflict from a recent update. Please check your form or WooCommerce email settings to confirm fields like {order_details} are still there, then test again. If it persists, try disabling recently updated plugins and set up WP Mail SMTP to ensure reliable email delivery.

    Thank you so much @itsmaxwellhere for getting back to me.

    I am very unfamiliar with where to check my “form or WooCommerce” email settings. Sorry, new to web design and coding, but with a little direction, I can do it.

    I haven’t installed any plugins or updates, so it must be on wordpress’ end and something they did last week.

    However, I just checked and did a test email/order and it worked perfectly fine again. I also had several other email/orders comes in over the weekend that are also fine. So, “they” must have fixed the glitch.

    I am still interested to learn where to check these settings that you talk about, so if you had the time, I would be willing to follow your direction and instructions on how to get there to learn for the future.
