Major issue uploading photos

2 hours and pictures still won’t upload from the gallery properly. When I upload them and then update.. they all disappeared but one. When I upload one at a time, they show allright, then update.. and they are missing again. I have done this one at a time or a couple at a time and and the same issue keeps happening. So frustrating. I also noticed when trying to access the gallery, it was not coming up a few times. http://specialdaydesign.wordpress.com.

I can see many images using Firefox 7.0.1. Please try some troubleshooting. How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers.
Are you using http:// or https:// see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
Which browser and version of it are you using? Have your tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies
Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here.

Well this is informative and I thank you for your answers. I am using internet explorer 9 which I have used forever. I can use firefox but didn’t try it when I was having issues.I had cleaned the cache and cookies. My flash is up to date. I noticed all pics are now on the blog, however I had to load and reload many times. I had this issue awhile back as well. I also notice that my cursor when I hit the enter button after a picture loads, actually jumps up and I have to hit it again until it goes to where I want it. I will use Firefox from here on it.. and if the issue happens again… well.. I’ll be back here. I am connected via high speed cable – thanks again.

That’s weird cursor behavior for sure. It’s good to hear that you can see the images now. Let’s hope this doesn’t recur. Best wishes with your blog. :)
