MAJOR ISSUES LOGGING INTO MY WORDPRESS SHOP ! AND FAULTS ON IT

Hi,
I have a shop set up with WordPress :

I used to be able to use it no problems but now I’m having nothing but grief with it and REALLY need someone to help me with it. It’s not letting me log into it. I’ve tried to get the password reset….with no joy as it keeps freezing on me. I’ve managed to login here and god knows how that’s worked. The shop itself looks mental with extra letters and characters appearing in places they shouldn’t be….if you look hopefully you’ll see what I mean.
I’d really like to sort this out asap as I’m paying for the shop to be online.

It seems that your site is using the self-hosted WordPress.org software instead, which allows custom plugins (such as WPtouch) to be installed. Your WordPress.com username ‘norrie3699’ will also not work on http://miniature-dachshund-shop.co.uk.
These forums are focused on helping users with their WordPress.com blogs, so if you have a WordPress.org blog, you may have better luck asking in the WordPress.org support forums.
