Major problem, Need urgent help!!

I tried to upload a plug-in, it installed correctly, but when I tried to activate it, my website crashed!
I can’t even open my dashboard, I only get this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/content/74/7498874/html/wp-content/plugins/collapsible-widget-area/class.collapsible-widget-area.php on line 41
What can I do to get my site up and running again? Need to fix this asap!

This is thw WordPress.com support forum. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs like the one linked to your username and we cannot install individual plugins or third party themes into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

well, considering that I can’t log in to wordpress.org, I figure I must be in the right place
bottom line is, there’s an error that I need to fix, and I can’t even get to the admin screen to fix it…

I can access the website myself. Try deleting your cookies and cache, quit the broswer, and restart, in case the problem is related to the new theme having cookie data name conflicts.
