I HAVE HAD WOOCOMMERCE UP AND RUNNING ON MY SITE. NOW THE BUTTON HAS DISAPPEARED FROM MY WP SITE OPTIONS AND IT SAYS TO INSTALL THE PLUGIN AT THE TOP BUT UNDER THE PLUGINS MENU IT SHOWS INSTALLED.

Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?
Are you able to to check if the plugin is activated via WP Admin > Plugins?
Many thanks.

Thanks for providing your site URL. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for help and ask them why the WooCommerce plugin is not working properly when it’s showing as installed in your Plugins. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.
I hope that helps!
