Make a general comment section?

Am I able to make a section for visitors to leave general comments. So they can comment on the whole blog itself and not one particular post? Thank you for your help!

Hm, perhaps you could set up a page for such a purpose? You can create a new page from Pages > Add New in your dashboard. You could call it “Guestbook” or similar and encourage comments there.
Or.. This wouldn’t be ideal because it wouldn’t be public immediately, but you could have a contact form for users to send you general feedback which you could then (with their permission) add these to a testimonials page?
