Make a media file link to a post- is this possible?

  Hi,

  I wondered if it is possible to link media files in a gallery to a specific post when they are clicked, instead of the media file or attachment page.

  For example on this page http://kathayesartist.com/portfolio/ I would like various images in the gallery to take you to the featured post when they are clicked. I have the css upgrade so I was hoping a technical wizard could solve this conundrum for me..

  Hmmm, in a gallery, not that I know of, but images inserted directly into a post can be linked to anything you want by including the link in the “Link URL” field in the insert image page before you insert it, or if it is already inserted, you can edit the image (click on it to highlight and then click on the image edit icon that appears) and add the link.

  Correct. The core WordPress code itself is what controls gallery links, not CSS.
