Make a menu header unclickable as a page

I have a page which is a header in the menu. How do I make it unclickable? The blog outlines 88 different locations which I have divided into 8 different drop down menus, for example 1 -10, 11-20, 21-30, etc. When one of these headers is scrolled over, the drop down menu reveals what pages are available to view. However the header itself, 1-10 is also a page which is viewable when clicked on. I want to keep the header in the main menu but I don’t want it to be clickable as there is no content on these pages. How do I do this?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Ok, so to do this go back to Appearance -> Menu, and then click on Links, that will open up the section where you can add a custom link. So in the name type 1-10, but in the URL, you still have to have a URL there, so just put something random http://weiag.com or whatever. Then press Add to Menu.

Then go to that in the menu, and then edit it, by clicking on it, and then delete the URL. Then drag the pages underneath it (indented to show they are the children). This will mean that there is a menu item, but there is no link, so it isn’t clickable. You can then delete those pages that you created 1-10, 10-20, if you wish.

Oh and make sure you then press Save Menu, to implement those changes, and ensure that that menu is selected as the Primary Menu.
