Make a 'Page' into the first screen and removing RSS-feed

  Hey guys, I’m a novice to php so bare with me!

  Two part question,

  How do i make a page into the front page just like the pic below;

  

  And how do I remove the standard RSS-feed?

  I’m using the Blogfolio theme on a hosted server, the url is http://www.invitko.com
