Hi there, we don’t offer support over the phone or Zoom, but we do offer forum support for all users on our free plan, and email and live chat support for all customers with our Pro plan: https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/
Visiting https://wordpress.com/help/contact will always connect you with your plan’s highest available support option.
With all that said, of course, we’d be happy to help you here too. :)
The good news is, we only offer one paid plan, so that makes the choice easy: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
In order to have a full store like https://woocommerce.com/ and to facilitate the plugins necessary for a membership system like https://buddypress.org/ you’ll need the Pro plan.
Please let us know if you have any more questions!

Oh that’s very useful information. Please, tell me something, with the pro plan of WordPress, are included woocomerce and buddypress or are extra costs?

Hi there,
The Pro Plan gives you the ability to upload any plugin or theme “designed for WordPress,” The two plugins you mention are free, so there is no extra cost to install those.
I should point out, however, that there are 3rd party companies that create plugins for WordPress, and they can sometimes charge you a fee to use it. This is similar to how some apps are free on your phone, and some are not.
On WordPress, it’s the same. You need an upgrade to be able to add plugins, and once your site has that ability, you can upload free plugins (like the ones you mentioned). Still, if you are interested in a paid plugin, that cost is controlled by the plugin’s creator, and so it is not included free with the Pro Plan.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

ok thanks!
and the last: is the pro plan supporting a webpage with 2 languages. or there are extra costs for a second languages?

Hi there,
There are several ways to set up a multi-language site, including using multiple sites, using blocks, or using a multilingual plugin.
On the pro plan you’ll be able to use a multilingual plugin, like Polylang or WPML. Some are free, some are free with a paid version for extra functionality, and some are paid only, so depending on which multilingual plugin you choose, you might have extra costs for that (you’ll buy the plugin directly from the company that makes it).
One thing to keep in mind is to make sure the plugin works well with other plugins you’re using. If you’re planning to use WooCommerce, for example, make sure the multilingual plugin is compatible with WooCommerce. For questions about that, it’s best to contact support for the specific plugin you plan to use, as they’ll be best able to tell you whether they’ll work for your needs.
You can see some of the available plugins by clicking on Plugins in your dashboard, and searching for “multilingual”. WPML I mentioned above doesn’t have a free version so you won’t see them there. You can find them at https://wpml.org/
The other option I mentioned above is using blocks. This would be a bit more complex to set up than simply using a plugin, but you won’t have the issue of compatibility with other plugins, and there’s no extra costs involved.
We have a tutorial on how to create a multi-language site using only blocks here:
