Make a static home page without it appearing on the nav bar twice

  Hi,

  I am new to wordpress.com I have one question. On my blog, http://oscarsrants.wordpress.com , You can see I set up the home page to be a static page. The thing is however i want that static page to either be the home page or to be hidden from the top nav bar. The reason is that Home and Blog Info now go to the same link. I would like to just have the Home go to the static page Blog Info and for Blog Info to be hidden from the horizontal navigation bar.

  The “Home” page in the Contempt theme is hard-coded and cannot be removed from the navigation bar. If you would like to change themes then please note that there are them reviews at this link http://engtech.wordpress.com/tools/wordpress/wordpress-theme-reviews/
