  On pages like this http://baneofyourresistance.com/2015/02/12/what-must-we-be-in-want-of-guest-post-by-cia-mcalarney/ How can I turn off the box on pages not in the slider. Where it says in a black box About the Post, about the Author, post info or if we can’t make it go away, can I edit the info in the box?

  Also, Is it possible to make the titles of posts both upper and lower case?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Adding this bit of CSS will let you remove that box from content pages (where it’s not a slider:)

  	display:none;
  }

  This CSS will remove the text transformation on your post titles. Remove any portion if you like the titles to remain uppercase in some places.
