Make Buttons/Inline Blocks change colors when hovered over

    Hello all. I recently changed the colors of all of my buttons, and made some non-button items into buttons (though I’m still not sure how I managed that). I’m wondering how to make them change colors (background and text) like they used to do when hovered over.
