Make Capoverso show links
-
Just come back to my blog after a few years, and changed to Capoverso theme which I like very much. Only thing I don’t like is that links don’t show as such unless you hover over them, when an underline appears.
If you don’t know there’s a link, you’re not going to hover. I can’t find a setting for this, and I have seen one post asking about this where OP was told that this has been changed so that links show. Is this option only on the paid version?
TIA

Hi TIA – The Capoverso theme is an excellent choice. It’s a simple and elegant theme. So simple that, yes, links can be challenging to find (if the link and text color are the same).
There are two options we can try to work with:
Option 1: The site-wide adjustment
There is one setting available within the Free plan option which allows you to change the color of headings and links for your entire site. You can reach that through the Customizer > Colors & Backgrounds
Once there, click on “Palletes” – ex: https://d.pr/i/MPMRrV
That will reveal four circles below. The first circle will be black. Click on the black circle, then choose a color option – ex: https://d.pr/i/MPMRrV
Option 2: Manually applying Underline to link text
If you are using the paragraph block to create your posts, you have the option to Underline any text within the paragraph block, including linked text. Here is an example of how: https://d.pr/v/qnrlgL
After evaluating and trying either or both of these solutions, let us know if this will work for you. Thank you for taking the time to give this a try. :)

Thanks for that – problem solved! Solution one worked perfectly. I really like this theme.
