"Make Changes To DNS" Dashboard Option Not Working

Hey all,
I am simply trying to select the option “Make Changes To DNS” from the Domains page in the Settings area of my WordPress Dashboard.
I am following these instructions from WordPress: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/
I have followed the usual path “Login > Dashboard > Settings > Domains” and have arrived at the domain options page.
I scroll down and read this message …
“Domain administration allows you to manage contact information for your domain, control what servers your domain points to, and manage transfer of your domain to another registrar. If you’d like to do one of these things, you’ve come to the right place. Please let us know more about what you’d like to do by selecting an option below.”
… This seems normal.
It is followed by a little menu box containing various options such as “What would you like to do?”, “Change web hosts”, “Figure out why my site won’t load” etc, including “Make changes to DNS”.
However, when I click on “Make changes to DNS” it simply replaces “What would you like to do?” with “Make changes to DNS” and nothing actually happens.
I have no idea what is meant to happen but the link I posted above – http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/ – suggests that I could then change the password somehow. I can’t see anywhere to do that, at least, not in relation to clicking “Make changes to DNS”.
Any clues?

Yes I am. I have contacted support again with this message:
Unfortunately, having tried this on a samsung galaxy S2 as well there is no difference.As before, selecting options from the dropdown menu box had no effect. It worked for me when followin the same procedure on a different account though and I am coming to think it is a problem with the Dashboard and my account. What can I do to get around this? Thank you again.
