Make front page a tab

    Hi,
I’m having trouble navigating back to my front page after I click one of my other pages, there’s nowhere to click to go back to the main blog! I’d like to make the first tab be ‘blog’ and have that go to the main front page but I wasn’t able to connect the tab to the front page to make this happen.

Also, the permalink editor doesn’t quite… edit. I tried making the link be the plain url address but it did not allow me to delete the auto extension, and when I attempted to create the ‘blog’ tab a few times to make this work and then deleted the page and recreated it, it won’t allow me create it with /blog but rather makes it /blog-2, /blog-3 and ignores my attempts to edit.

    Can you help?

    Thank you!!

To add a menu item pointing to the front page, create a custom menu and add a custom link for “Blog” pointing to http://bluechakrawellness.com/ as the first item. Note that you’ll need to add in all the other pages you want to keep in the menu as well. See this help page for more details: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

We do not allow you to edit permalinks at WordPress.com. The blog-2 and blog-3 page names were happening because the system because it won’t allow you to create more than one page with the exact same name and you probably have an existing page named “blog” either in the Pages section or in the Trash section already. It won’t matter if you follow the custom menu instructions above though. Try that instead.
