Make menu bar floating/sticky?

  Hi,

  Is there a way to make the menu bar of the twenty-eleven theme sticky, so that it is always displayed at the top of the screen when the user scrolls down? I know it is possible in a self-hosted site using JavaScript. Is there a way to do it in a wordpress.com blog?

  I can tell you there is no way to do this without a custom design upgrade and whether or not it can be done with one is beyond my knowledge.
