Make my blog invisible

  Hy. I have a blog whit this url: http://www.dragoscraescu.wordpress.com. I wanted to put this blog on invisible, that when someoane what’s to enter on that url adress to not succeed.
  I did all setings to do that, but the blog is still running.
  Why it is not on invisible, and people can stil enter on it? What is need to do for fix this problem?

  Dashboard>Settings>Reading>Site Visibility> select “I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose” and then save your changes.
