You need to post frequently. It takes weeks for search engines to index content in a new blog and/or to re-index content under a new URL. What attracts search engines is unique content the cannot in posts that cannot be found anywhere else on the internet. Start now publishing original content posts frequently two or even three times weekly. For more information read > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/01/21/omg-i-cant-find-my-blog-on-google/
The rule of thumb is to assign the least, not the most, combined number of only relevant categories and tags that accurately describe the post content. For tips on tagging see > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/03/15/quick-blog-post-tagging-tips/
To verify blog ownership of a WordPress.com blog with the major search engines you must use this process > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Note: Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don’t feel panicky about this please.Note also that WordPress.com automatically supplies sitemaps for our blogs to search engines – we do nothing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/#xml-sitemaps-for-search-engines

I can also connect to http://agirlversustheworld.wordpress.com/
Note the correct URL please. My advice is the same as what I posted above. -
HI
Started up a paid blog yesterday. It showed perfectly. Today it is not there.
I go to the uncategorized section it says where the blog can be found. Nothing happens
I posted two more just a few minutes ago and they came through fine, though I am not sure given the happening to the first that they will be there tomorrow. What I am I doing wrong?
I also placed a photo for my profile, again it showed yesterday, but not today.
Thank you -

I guess I am going to sound rude. that is not my desire. o.k. I DID set up a home page, I did make the blog, I did write and post my first page. IT DID SHOW UP. Now, there is nothing. The only thing I can think of is I changed the blog from dawerlein.com to 31croftroad.com. PERHAPS, and I cannot find out as the dawerlein is now junk, but perhaps i wrote the first one with WorldPress still using dawerlein and not the 31croftroad.com.
I will post another one now and wait and see if it shows up tomorrow.
When I wrote the blog’s first page, my name was showing as 31 Croft Road.
When I go to my blog “Starting Out” is shown to be published, but again there is nothing
thanks -
There is no domain mapping upgrade for dawerlein.com.
Congratulations! The nameservers appear to be set up correctly for 31croftroad.com.
It can take as long as 72 hours for DNS changes to become widely available. If you’re still not seeing your site loading at 31croftroad.com, please wait a few more hours, clear your browser cache, and try again.I’m in Canada and the blog is correctly redirecting to your domain for me. See here to observe the progress https://www.whatsmydns.net/ and know it’s not uncommon for your own ISP to be last to flush their DNS cache.
