I want to use my website to sell EBooks online. The site was setup through woocommerce plugin.
When I purchased one of the eBooks to test the effectiveness of the website, the following were the results:1. The money for the purchase did not enter my account and my payment account was not debited for the payment
2. The EBook downloadable link was not sent to my email account
3. The following was the return message I received with no further action:“Order received

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
