Make newest comment appear on the bottom?

  Is this possible in the Emire theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to Settings > Discussion > Other comment settings > tic the box that starts “Break comments into pages…” and adjust accordingly.

  Actually, select “newer” on the pulldown where it says, “Comments should be displayed with the ______ comments at the top of each page” at settings > discussion.

  Oh, yes, right, but that whole section lets you have them on the last page or the first page.

  So you’d want the first page displayed by default, with the older comments at the top.
  Then the newest comments would be on the bottom of the last page.
