make one of the balloons a hyperlink?

  hello

  just wondering if it’s possible to make the leftmost balloon on our “home” page act as a clickable hyperlink to a youtube video?

  any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

  I’m not sure it’s possible even if you have it, but it’s certainly not possible without it.
