Hi I would like to make payment for a colleague Dave Wilson but card has been declined what is the problem please?

Hi @swright1969, if the card says it’s declined, that’s typically up to the card company themselves. The card owner would need to call and sort that out. On our end, I don’t see anything that would hold up a purchase on this account.
If you’re using another account to try to make the payment, can you log in as that user so we can confirm the account is fine?
