Make Portfolio project pages full width (remove sidebar)

I’m trying to figure out how to remove the (empty) sidebar space on portfolio project pages so that the content is full width. Here’s an example:

Hi twrosenberger.
So you want to remove the white space on the right side of your portfolio pages, am I right?
here is a link that will help you to find your way through the customizer to reach the CSS customizer:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/Once you have it, you can add the code
.single-jetpack-portfolio .entry-content {width : ....px;}.single-jetpack-portfolio will select the portfolio pages and .entry content will select the content of your page.
(replace …. with the size you want in pixels)I hope this helps you. :)

@twrosenberger, this custom CSS will do it, but the thing to keep in mind is that the optimum line length for easy readability is 66 characters, including punctuation and spaces. Wider than that and reading becomes more difficult and the eye had a harder time going accurately from the end of one line to the beginning of the next.
.single-jetpack-portfolio .site-content-wrapper, .single-jetpack-portfolio .site-content-wrapper #primary, .single-jetpack-portfolio .site-content-wrapper #primary .hentry-wrapper { max-width: 100%; width: 100%; } -
Thank you, both! This helps! After seeing it both ways I am actually going to take the advice to leave it as-is for readability.
