  All of us on these forums are real people, but there’s nothing any of us can do without the URL of the site with which you require help.

  Also note that this forum is only for free WordPress.com sites. If you’ve been building a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software you need to post in the WordPress.org forums for help: http://wordpress.org/support/
