Hello,
When I went to your site it looks like it is being hosted by Bluehost. This means that your site is not hosted by WordPress.com. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your site going live.
The WordPress.com staff is only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by WordPress.com. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
