Make Testimonials have formatting

JetPack offers Testimonials, and there’s a Testimonials Shortcode. However:
The Testimonials don’t have formatting. I’d like link breaks.
Also, I don’t want them to link, so I’ve had to remove the info from the name field.Is there a way to get a Testimonial to display better.

That said, Testimonials can be formatted just the same as any other posts, as they’re just a specific type of post on the site, and you should see the exact same editor toolbar for testimonials as you do for any regular post or page. Whether or not that formatting displays might depend on your theme, and is not something Jetpack controls, and the shortcode might also display them differently than the archive page at http://talesoftravelandtech.com/testimonial

Testimonials are posts, and posts link from their title to the single-post view. If you don’t want titles to display for testimonials, you need to edit your theme to not display them, either using custom CSS or by creating a child theme. But that is not a Jetpack issue – please contact support for your theme for help with that.
