Make Theme fatal error trying to customize

  • Unknown's avatar

Upon trying to “preview” or “customize” the Make Theme to get it going I get the following fatal error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/bobdatz1/public_html/bobdatz.com/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 609

Anyone know what this is telling me? Allowed by what? This domain is one of a few on a single hosting plan. Is this an issue of host server capacity?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot be referring to a site hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to any sites that are not hosted by WordPress.COM and we do not provide support for them. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
